Zulu Coconut Single Serve Cups (12 Count)
New Orleans is a city full of tradition, the most prominent of which is the annual Mardi Gras celebration. Yet, for both locals and out-of-towners, one event surely can’t be missed: the Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club’s parade, known for its iconic painted coconut shell throws.
Founded over a century ago in 1909, the Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club is the Crescent City’s largest predominately African American carnival association. Parades highlight and pay tribute to members’ African heritage through elaborate, colorful costumes and theater-inspired displays.
In honor of the Zulu Club’s history, New Orleans Roast™ developed our Zulu Coconut coffee, a seasonal medium roast accented with touches of roasted coconut. Since 2008, our approach to coffee and the flavors we select and develop all nod to New Orleans’ rich, multifaceted practices, whether that’s a distinctively local dish or an event known the world over. Experience it for yourself by brewing one of these Zulu Coconut coffee pods at home or during the workday.
For a limited time only! 12 cups/box.
