Rated 3 out of 5 by from Perfectly good coffee As a daily coffee drinker, I can say that this makes a decent cup of coffee. Upon first opening the bag, I felt that this coffee was more dry than the medium roast types I usually buy (meaning, there seemed to be less of the natural oils left). However, when brewed up, it tasted significantly better than the cheap, standard coffee at the grocery store. It had a good depth of flavor and mixed well with milk. I wish there was a way that they could roast a "stronger" version with a bigger caffeine kick and wonder if the dark roast would do the trick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very good cup of coffee from start to finish At first I was skeptical that a small-batch brand could be as good as my favorite national brand. To my delight, I was wrong. When I first opened the bag, the aroma was very good. Strong, but not overpowering. The flavor of this medium roast blend was very good. Bold, yet smooth and left no bitter aftertaste as a lot of coffees do. Very good cup of coffee from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Deliciously Bold This coffee was rich and full with no bitter aftertaste. It doesn't quite have the depth of say, Starbucks or Seattle's Best, but it is a nice change for my palate. I enjoyed drinking it in the morning with breakfast because it's definitely smooth. No weird, lingering aftertaste, either! I would recommend it to fans who like deep flavored coffee without being too dark. I'd buy it again as a regular, everyday coffee for sure! I had not heard of the brand before, but now that I have, I would recommend it to others who appreciate good coffee.

I usually drink starbucks pike place medium roast and I set this coffee out on the counter to use after I finished the bag of pike place. My husband was excited to try it and brewed it the next morning without me noticing. It was so similar I didn't notice at all and this one has a much smaller price tag! The coffee is strong and has a bold flavor but it's also so smooth and easy to drink. It has a simple coffee flavor and doesn't have any of that fake additive taste flavored coffees have. I love it!

I am happy I got to sample this product because it was super smooth and bold, yet light flavored. I know that might not make sense, but you would just have to try it to understand what I am meaning. I would definitely recommend you try it and see for yourself because it will just be another coffee you will be adding to your must buy list.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Definitely tasty! I really liked this medium roast New Orleans coffee. It had a very good body and the flavor was delicious. Not bitter at all. I love coffee and love to try new brands when I am shopping. Two friends were visiting so I put on a pot of this coffee and both asked me where I got my coffee. To me, that's a compliment as they then refilled their cups. I will be purchasing this coffee again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cup of coffee I am a loyal customer of my favorite dark satin chock full of nuts coffee. I did not have high expectations of the New Orleans coffee, but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. It has a bold, full bodied flavor that and is a smooth cup of coffee. I used it in my French press and I loved it. I would definitely recommend this coffee to anyone who is looking for a bold cup!
