Sadly disappointed.

It’s not the dark roast chicory coffee I expected from New Orleans. It lacked the rich deep dark roast coffee and chicory flavor and aroma.

I love the dark roast + chicory blend and highly recommend it. I've been disappointed, though lately, because the 3-pack hasn't been available so I have to buy individual boxes.

Best coffee? Dark Roast & Chicory

I drink this exclusively at home now. Once I found this brand, I can't go back to my other favorites. The chicory is what makes it so smooth. I didn't think I liked Dark Roast but this blend has changed everything. Great price and great coffee.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Coffee I received this Dark Roast and Chicory Single Serve K Cups as a sample and was not aware of them prior to receiving the sample. I have had only these K Cups Coffee since I received the sample. My normal coffee is Cafe Bustello K Cups. I like strong coffee and drink it black. These Dark Roast and Chicory flavored coffee K Cups were good as compared to my normal coffee. I would buy these again if I went to the store and they were out of my normal brand. I have already recommended this coffee to my family who drinks strong types of coffee as I enjoyed it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Much Better Than Expected I recently got to try (and will probably buy in the future) the New Orleans Roast- Dark Roast & Chicory single serve cups and they were much better than expected. I live in Louisiana, yet I have never heard nor tried this brand of coffee before. With this coffee being a dark roast, I was thinking it was going to be bitter and strong tasting but it was the complete opposite. It had a smooth light flavor without adding anything (sugar, creamer, etc) to it. I personally prefer coffee that are towards the lighter tasting side, so this was right up my alley. If you are an avid coffee drinker who likes coffee to wake you up with strong flavors then this may not be the coffee for you. I would recommend this coffee to anyone who enjoys lighter roast coffees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My new favorite coffee I love a dark roast coffee and most I've tried are bitter! The New Orleans Dark Roast with Chicory is not bitter at all! I find it a very smooth dark roast that does not leave a bitter taste in your mouth! Not to mention the aroma is amazing...which is important to me with my coffee! This is definitely the new favorite in the house and will stay stocked up on it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great Dark Roast This is a really great dark roast coffee. I usually go for medium roast as darks tend to have bitter after taste. Not this one! It goes down nice and smooth. My palate is not sophisticated so I couldn't tell you much about the chicory taste but the smell of the coffee was amazing as it was roasting. My husband prefers Dark Roast and he really enjoyed this variety. I would recommend this to dark roast lovers or for those like me who prefer lighter coffee because of the aftertaste but would like to venture to the dark side.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A good cup of coffee I was delighted to find a New Orleans Style Coffee with Chicory in a K Cup. I was introduced to this type of coffee when I visited New Orleans and have always loved the flavor. And I was pleasantly surprised what a good cup of coffee it made. Although I liked it very much, I definitely would have preferred a more intense coffee flavor and a bit more chicory, which would have made the taste more authentic and more to my liking. Although not perfect, this K cup still delivered a enjoyable cup of coffee.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Dark Roast & Chicory Coffee! This is the first time that I have tried a coffee from New Orleans Dark Roast and Chicory Single Serve. Before today, I have never tried any dark roast simply because I used to think that the coffee would be a little too strong for me. But testing this out made me feel like wow! I absolutely loved the taste of it. I loved the fact that it didn't taste burnt like many other coffees do. I generally don't like the burnt coffee taste and so that makes it a plus for this coffee. It also woke me up and energized me. I would buy this Dark Roast and Chicory Single Serve coffee again. It has a soft taste that is actually enjoyable. I wasn't aware of this brand before but I am so glad that I learnt about it and that I got a chance to try it. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. This is actually a coffee that I want to drink over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would definitely buy again!!! The new Orleans Dark Roast & Chicory coffee was really a great taste. Smooth to drink and has a good aroma. It is not a strong coffee unlike other roasted coffee that i ever tried. Smell so good and fresh to drink. I am picky when it comes to roasted coffee but this one was best for my taste. Perfect coffee for me could drink anytime i want with a mild flavor that i always wanting for more cup. Made of high quality brand..

I didn't have to add much cream or sugar because it has such a great taste! (I usually have to add 3 sugars and almost 4 creams to most other coffees) My grandmother enjoyed this coffee also and she said it's her new favorite!! We would both recommend this coffee to our friends and we would definitely buy it for ourselves!
