Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent brew I love my coffee and I adore trying new brands. I'd never heard of this brand before testing so I was eager to give it a try. I read chocolate beignet and thought I'd be getting the new Orleans flavors in a coffee brew. The smell of the coffee was enough to make my stomach growl and it was finely ground. It brewed smoothly and left a great aroma. I was expecting a hint of sweet ( before adding sugar) since it was chocolate biegnet flavored but I ended up tasting more bitter Cocoa than a sweet chocolate. I added my own chocolate hazelnut creamer and that boosted the flavor. I'd recommend this brand if only to have my friends try something new.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was okay... After receiving the pound of Chocolate Beignet Ground Coffee from New Orleans Roast Coffee, I brewed a pot daily for myself and my husband each morning. I prefer coffee that is sourced locally and was excited to try it. I'm not usually a fan of flavored coffee but enjoyed the Chocolate Beignet for its subtle flavor. However, I did not think it had a distinct chocolate flavor; maybe more of a cinnamon flavor. Overall the flavor was mild but had a bit of a chemical taste with the first sip. I would use this product for special occasions but not on a daily basis. The flavor would go well with a dessert but I prefer non flavored coffee for daily consumption.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not "in your face" sweet or chocolatey We are not normally big fans of flavored coffee because they often taste SO artificial. The added flavor is intense but the actual taste of the coffee is sometimes not all that good. That wasn't the case at all with this product! The coffee flavor was bold, rich, and balanced. It wasn't overly bitter and didn't have an unpleasant aftertaste. I honestly didn't taste much of the chocolate flavor. It was very mild and not overly sweet like I was expecting. (this is a good thing as I don't like overly sweet coffee flavors) Overall, I was quite pleased and would be interested in trying other flavors/products from this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This coffee taste really good. My husband and I love this New Orleans Roast coffee. The flavor is Chocolate Beignet which is very flavorful and so yummy. I've never head of this brand but I'm so glad I tried it. The flavor just pops and it's smooth and you taste chocolate. I remember making my first cup and thinking please taste as good as you smelll, and it did! I think I like it more compared to others brands because it taste amazingly good and isn't bitter like alot if coffee I try. I will be trying out the other New Orleans Roast flavors and also will recommend it to all my coffee drinkers. I tried a sample bag for free to try it out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful aroma and taste! The scent of this coffee when I first opened the package was wonderful. I could not wait to see if the brewed coffee tasted as good as it smelled since not all coffees do. The aroma while brewing was good also and the taste was very, very good. This was a very smooth coffee with no bitterness or bad after taste to it. My husband and I both greatly enjoyed this coffee. I think that the wonderful aroma of this Chocolate Beignet woke my daughter up one morning and she liked the flavor also. This was the first time I have tried this coffee but it has become a family favorite already.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great bold coffee This chocolate beignet coffee is excellent I recommend it to everyone who loves coffee! I love the bold smooth flavor. I can drink coffee black or cream and sugar. I like this black. I plan on getting some for my father whom loves his coffee as well. I like the fact it was created in New Orleans. I have always wanted to visit they are known for their food,music, and art and so much more but now Coffee! The price is right on point. I know a good cup of coffee when I taste one and 100% arabica oh yeah! I'm hooked . I am strongly recommending this fabulous coffee!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great chocolate taste. I just love the taste of the New Orleans Roast Chocolate Beinget. It's has a hint of chocolate flavor so you can drink it anytime. I love the smooth, bold taste and have been drinking it nonstop since if received it. It's perfect if you just want to drink it as a dessert coffee after dinner. The chocolate is not overbearing and you can add any flavor creamer you like and add some whipped cream to have an extra treat. I have already told friends and family about this wonderful coffee and now they are interested in purchasing some for themselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for life I'm a coffee aficionado and I love it! Coffee tastes incredible, Smells amazing and also has health benefits. I thought I knew about coffee but I was wrong. I can't believe, I didn't hear about " New Orleans Roast Coffee" before. Honestly I've never tried a coffee like this before. I thought "Chocolate Beignet Ground Coffee" was like some kind of mochaccino. But It's definitely better, makes me love coffee even more. I'm in love with this coffee and I'm ready to buy it again. I extremely recommend it! Best coffee I've tried this year.
