Medium Roast (3-Pack)

Been ordering from New Orleans Roast for a long time and have always a 5 star experience, Still think it is the best coffee and have not used anything else until recently. The rating is reflective of the delay on shipping for over 6 weeks. It is under Understandable delays can happen, but it was disappointing it was not communicated when the order was placed. The website was updated after communicating to them the problem. That said, it is still the BEST coffee on the market and for that they deserve a FIVE STAR rating!

I've ordered from New Orleans Roast for almost 20 years. I've never had a negative experience. I've always enjoyed quick service and delivery of consistently outstanding coffees. I used to order from them frequently because they used to offer free shipping on any order above a minimum amount. The last several years, I just keep a list of what of I want to order and wait for them to send an email about a free shipping weekend or promotion. That makes them easy to work with, but does eliminate spur of the moment occasions for ordering special items. Products are fantastic! Service is fantastic! Just wait for free shipping promotions and everything is perfect!
