Honeycomb in a Cup!

In search of a caffeine free warm, morning ritual I considered Chaga, but went with Chicory instead. I remember chicory/coffee in my Louisiana childhood coffee, milk, and thought I’ll stick with some thing I know. But I did not know was that it was not as bitter as I thought and when mixed with frothy milk smells of honeycomb or peanut brittle! I’ve found my healthy substitute for coffee and with absolutely no sacrifice.
